Rebecca is the "Dog Whisperer" ! Our 12 1/2 year old Akita is not very tolerant of care givers, and when we moved 2400 miles to Fairplay I never thought we would be able to get Kuma the care he needed. We were so happy to find Mountain Pals. Rebecca has the stamina and expertise to handle any(or multiple) dogs, the knowledge to deal with health issues, and the poise to handle a pet crisis. We are very grateful to have her caring for our pets !

We have a Red Heeler named Red and a Yorkie named Nutmeg and they are our children. Rebecca with Mountain Pals is the only one we entrust our children to. Every time we leave the country they get to go on vacation also. We always know they are going to have just as good of time or better than us. I am able to leave my high-energy Heeler barking to go out and run and when we pick them up they are both happy healthy and tired for at least 2 days. This last time they got to go hiking, biking, swimming and playing with their best friend Maize. Even though Rebecca now lives 100 miles away, we are more than happy to drive that far to have the piece of mind to know our children are not only being very well taken care of, but also that they will have fun at the same time. If you are looking for more than just a pet sitter, Mountain Pals is the way to go and well worth it.

Our dogs love hanging out with Rebecca, she does a great job with socializing and exercising dogs of all ages and sizes. She is also very knowledgeable of pet health problems. Both of our dogs require special diets and medications; I have no doubts leaving them in her hands. I wouldn't trust anyone else to watch my dogs. I also know all the animals she cares for get much more attention than other locally available pet sitting options.
